           Levels 4-6 = $100
           Levels 7-10, Elite = $110
    Competitive Entry Fees - Regular Rate (Fees recv'd on Nov. 1 or after):
           Levels 4-6 = $110
           Levels 7-10, Elite = $120
    Team Entry Fees:
           Per Level = $60 per team

Cancellation Policy* for Injury and Non-Injury Scratches:
       Full Refund*: Scratch submitted on or before Dec. 20, 2008.
       50% Refund: Scratch submitted from Dec. 21, 2008 to Jan. 20, 2009.
       No Refund: Scratch submitted after Jan. 20, 2009.
