MOMSS is the Foundation's pro-Title IX campaign to build a nationwide alliance of MOMSS (Moms On a Mission to Save Sports) to restore the original intent of Title IX. This federal law was enacted in 1972 to prohibit discrimination. Since then, Title IX has been used unjustly as a tool to promote athletics on college campuses.

MOMSS is launching a major offensive in the battle against Title IX rigid affirmative action quotas to eliminate one of the primary threats to U.S. collegiate athletic programs.

Optional Donation: MOMSS can subscribe to an annual MOMSS Elite membership starting at $10.00. Your membership supports the efforts of the Fairness in Sports Foundation in the areas of participation, education, advocacy, and leadership. Donations also directly support varsity and collegiate club programs. Club programs provide student-athletes with the opportunity to compete when NCAA programs are eliminated. Club programs are completely self-sustaining. The Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization and your donation is tax-deductible. After registering with MOMSS above, you will be directed to where you can sign up to be a MOMSS Elite Member.
