The Pacific Coast Classic supports the efforts of the Fairness in Sports Foundation and MOMSS. MOMSS is the Foundation's pro-Title IX campaign to build a nationwide alliance of MOMSS (Moms On a Mission to Save Sports) to restore the original intent of Title IX. This federal law was enacted in 1972 to prohibit discrimination. Since then, Title IX has been used unjustly as a tool to promote athletics on college campuses.

MOMSS is launching a major offensive in the battle against Title IX rigid affirmative action quotas to eliminate one of the primary threats to U.S. collegiate athletic programs.
